How and why did you start your brand?
I had been working as a graphic designer for many years and felt I needed a change. I wanted to work with my hands and make things more meaningful. When I moved to the UK in 2019, the timing was just right, and I decided to make the leap and see what happened. Though it has been difficult, I don't regret it!

What makes a 'Great Object' to you?
Something with a story, with a texture, with an interesting pattern. Something I feel I can read through colours and lines.

What is your favourite piece in the collection?
I'd say my favourite shape is the Madre vase. It's a form I have been making since the beginning, and that has evolved with my skills as a maker and my growing love for patterns.

What have you been enjoying recently?
I've been enjoying sunny mornings at the studio while listening to podcasts about films (particularly "Cinema of Meaning" and "Hoy Trasnoche"). Also, as a newcomer to London, I'm loving just walking around the city and getting to know new neighbourhoods and their unique pubs and cafes.
